    I really enjoyed the first few seasons of this quirky musical comedy show and recommended it to all my friends. Then came abortion politics! Abortion was treated in such an offensively cavalier way that I couldn't watch it anymore. Abortion is not funny! Apple should put a disclaimer on this show to alert viewers. Very disappointing.

    I’ve watched this show close to 10x since it premiered. I introduce it to as many friends as possible. It takes serious issues and adds discussion with comedy. It pulls apart stereotypes. It is just brilliant. Also, wonderful writing. I can’t get enough!

    Brilliant, raunchy, funny and heart-wrenching—I'm amazed this was greenlit at all, let alone for broadcast TV. Rachel Bloom is first among equals in a talented cast of annoying, troubled, diverse and ultimately lovable characters. Searingly honest story arcs about relationships, sexuality and mental illness set this apart from run-of-the-mill romantic comedies. AND THERE'S SINGING!
